Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead a team of Data Migration specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to execute data migration projects effectively.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and client-focused work environment.
Data Mapping and Transformation:
- Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans to align data from other IP solutions in the market with the data model of the company's software solution.
- Ensure that IP-related data elements are accurately mapped and transformed to maintain data integrity and consistency during migration.
Competitor Data Analysis:
- Lead the analysis of data structures, formats, and schemas from other Intellectual Property (IP) solutions in the market.
- Understand the unique data models and features of these systems to devise effective migration strategies.
Automation System Development:
- Design, architect, and build an automation system for mapping, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems to the company's software solution.
- Develop automation processes, workflows, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the data migration process.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in leading data migration projects in the context of software implementation (15+ years).
- Should have a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Should be familiar with automation tools and technologies, as well as database management systems and data integration platforms.
- Experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) domain or related industries is highly desirable.
- 5 days work from office is a MUST
