Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with over 3 years of experience in back-end web development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Python code for web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

This role involves troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring that all code adheres to security and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Python code for web applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust software solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects in a timely manner to maintain application performance.

- Ensure that code meets security, scalability, and quality standards.

- Integrate data storage solutions and manage databases to optimize performance.

- Work with version control systems such as Git to manage codebase and support continuous integration processes.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in back-end web development and software development.

- Proficiency in Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Solid knowledge of databases and data management.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Understanding of microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Preferred Skills :
