Job Description:
- We are seeking dynamic and agile Digital Sales Manager to join our B2B sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, ready to engage in new business development and maximize opportunities from existing clients.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital media and a knack for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital advertising space.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and maximize account value.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Present tailored digital advertising solutions to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and content to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and client feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-8 years of sales experience in digital ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
