Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Locations: Gurgaon & Ludhiana
Industry: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
Reporting To: Board of Directors / Promoters
Age Limit: Below 50 Years
Job Purpose:
The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the company across Gurgaon and Ludhiana locations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth. The role entails leading manufacturing, supply chain, business strategy, and P&L management while driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities, expansions, and diversification strategies.
2. Manufacturing & Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation.
- Ensure timely production, adherence to budgets, and reduction in waste.
3. Supply Chain & Logistics:
- Optimize supply chain networks for cost efficiency and reliability.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
- Ensure seamless logistics and distribution across locations.
4. Financial & P&L Management:
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and working capital efficiency.
- Present financial and operational reports to the Board.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and lead high-performance teams across operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and government bodies.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) or Engineering degree with operations specialization.
Experience:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, P&L, and multi-location teams.
- Experience in automotive, FMCG, textiles, or heavy manufacturing is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
