Implementation Lead - BPMN/ERP (10-15 yrs)

Location : Mangalore, Karnataka, India

We are looking for an Implementation Lead with a strong techno-functional background to drive end-to-end implementation projects.

This role involves collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution from initiation to post-go-live support.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions, leading business workshops and CRP sessions

- Establish and maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders across diverse geographies

- Oversee project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget

- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects successfully

- Continuously monitor project status, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives

- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when necessary

- Communicate project progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 10 years of overall experience with a strong techno-functional background

- Prior experience handling end-to-end implementation projects, including post-go-live support

- Ability to lead a team of 4-6 individuals

- Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in delivering presentations and leading discussions

- Knowledge of SQL is a plus

- Willingness to travel as per project requirements

- Proficiency in querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting

- Experience working with relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server

- Experience with leading ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules

- Hands-on experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio

- Ability to analyze AS-IS vs. TO-BE process mapping and create detailed documentation

- Middleware & Integration Tools Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Dell Boomi, or Tibco for connecting enterprise applications

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting enterprise applications

- Experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project for managing tasks and workflows
