Job Description
Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Project Manager with one of the leading KPO.
Requirements :
Overall experience 10-15 years
- Should have min 5 years of experience in Insurance background
- Should have strong background with the software development life cycle
Notice period : Immediate joiners / upto1month
Proven ability to manage E2E Automation project. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is must.
Responsibilities :
- Should have an overall experience of more than 10 -15 years and insurance industry experience of more than 5 years.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and drive change
- Experience in handling team of project managers
- Ability to identify risks, develop, execute mitigation plan, and drive completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Proven ability to manage E2E Automation project. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is must.
- Agile Scrum/PMP Certification/ Prince 2 (one of them)
