Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing resources, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Branch Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch management, business development, and sales

- Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills

- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to analyze financial data, develop business strategies, and achieve targets

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Previous experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
