has a special position available for Sales Manager to lead and expand our customer base and revenue streams in the rapidly evolving fields of Intelligent Content, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. As a key member of our global team, you ll develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help shape the future of our innovative software solutions.
  • Be a forerunner in the emerging, exciting field of Intelligent Content Architecture.
  • Work hand-in-hand with clients and technology partners including Microsoft, US Department of Defense and other Commercial clients.
  • Interact and collaborate with top-caliber colleagues from US, Europe, and India.

  • Take advantage of alternative work arrangements, including remote work, virtual teams, and schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights into sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Represent Ictect at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • High level of motivation, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.

Bachelor s or master s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or related fields. 5 10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or content services.
We have offices and satellite locations in Brookfield, WI, Alexandria, VA and Bhopal, India. We are offering remote work from any location in the world.
We accept Sales and Marketing professionals in a hybrid work model, with regular in-person meetings as part of the role.
