Job Description: -

Their primary goal is to enhance employees' communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other essential soft skills to improve customer interactions and overall performance.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Designing and delivering soft skills training programs for employees

2. Identifying training needs and gaps in employee skills

3. Developing training content and materials

4. Conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching

5. Evaluating training effectiveness and providing feedback

6. Collaborating with operations teams to integrate soft skills training into daily workflows

7. Ensuring training KPIs i.e. Throughput, TNI, TNA, Efficacy

8. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Only Graduates in any stream can apply.

2. Minimum 1 year work experience as Soft Skill Trainer in a BPO company can apply.

3. Should have Excellent Communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)

Benefits: -

1. Salary 30K to 45K

2. 6 days working week

3. Rotational Shift and week off
