𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞t: 45K to 50 K


𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

The Customer Service representative will be able to move easily between the channels in scope for the Services and solve problems with the skills that best suit each channel. The minimum requirements for Customer Service Representatives shall be per the list below-


𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞/𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-

• Minimum experience: 5-6 years with at least 3 year's experience of non-voice complaint management process.
• Knowledge of clients procedures and products (maybe developed post-employment)
• Ability to be resilient when dealing with different situations / type of contacts
• Goal-oriented focus
• Social media experience preferred but not essential


𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬-

• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in travel industry is must.
• Strong ability to work across multiple channels
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to empathize, anticipate customer needs and problem solve
• Resourceful and creative
• Good telephone, data entry, verbal and written communication skills
• Competence in MS Office
• Ability to use phone and desktop computer systems
• Good time management
• Customer Service Skill
• Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
• Problem solving ability
• Proactiveness and Tenacity
• Fluency in English and Hindi both written and verbal
• Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English and Hindi to support the countries for which they are recruited to support
• Professionalism

• Experience in conflict negotiation
• Financial negotiation skills
