• Job Title: Program Advisors
• Grade - Analyst/Senior Analyst
• Department: Sales
• Reports to: Sales Head
• Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities:

1. Counseling the prospective students via Phone, Email, and in Person on the campus.
2. SPOC for all admission-related queries of designated campus.
3. Making outbound calls and converting them into admissions.
4. Handling queries over the telephone and walk-ins.
5. Face-to-face counseling of the prospective students and converting them to
   admissions.
6. Ensures that all the steps of the admissions process are followed.
7. Carry and track the progress of sales targets weekly/monthly basis
