ImpactGuru - Python Developer (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

ImpactGuru is seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our Product & Technology team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python and Django, with a strong background in MySQL or MongoDB. This role requires hands-on experience in building and managing complex applications, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development : Build robust, high-quality backend applications using Python and Django, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

- Database Management : Work with MySQL and MongoDB to design, implement, and optimize databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency for scalable, high-performing applications.

- Troubleshooting & Debugging : Proactively diagnose and resolve complex issues to maintain smooth operations and minimal downtime.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3+ years in Python and Django development with a track record in building complex projects.

- Database Skills : Proficiency in MySQL and/or MongoDB, with hands-on experience in database schema design and optimization.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for tackling development and performance challenges.

- Soft Skills : Good communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
