Job Summary
Program Manager - Sales and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Lead the execution of multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Operations Excellence: Develop and implement sales and operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across projects and teams.
- Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the product development teams to ensure alignment between project requirements and product development cycles. Facilitate clear communication and understanding between project needs and product roadmap.
- Objective-Driven Project Management: Drive projects with a focus on meeting specific objectives, milestones, and key results. Ensure clear project goals and monitor progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks or obstacles.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and performance. Analyze data and generate reports/automated to track project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master's in Business Administration from a reputed college/ university
- Proven experience (4 years +) in program or project management roles/management consulting, demonstrating successful execution of complex projects and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project objectives.
