Job Description For Ambala-

• To overlook the program execution, monitoring of the sanitary pad dispensing machine
• Ensure the machines are working 24x7 365 days with uptime of 15 mins in-case of failure to dispense (other than vandalization) to be reported immediately
• Ensure that the sanitary pads are loaded on regular intervals and hygiene to be maintained
• Fully responsible for the sanitary pads stock in dispensing machined and stocks with the vendors
• To maintain the documents/registers related to stock & machines transactions
• To maintain and update records of the sanitary pads stock and consumption for any audits, reporting and compliances
• Ensure that sanitary pads Inventory is always updated as per the Physical records
• To maintain the details of the dispensing machines and stock and sanitary pads consumption report
• To ensure preventive maintenance is done as per the schedule to avoid the break down
• Education & awareness activities to the beneficiaries & authorities on the usage
• To maintain good rapport with Norther railways & officials including local laisioning

Job Description For Manesar -

• To manage the Project operation ensuring that the desired services are provided and outlined activities are carried out as planned •
• Organize the daily project schedules and ensure punctuality of the staff
• Ensure the Operational Plan being executive strictly
• In the absence of the regular staff coordinate for substitute staff to run the services smoothly
• To ensure the Patient referrals and follow-ups
• To ensure home visits for the Bedridden and critical ill patients
• To guide volunteer(s) in assisting the activities and motivate them to support the community at the site
• Maintain data and reporting -Monthly MIS of the Project activities as per schedule
• To be reactive to situations at community sites and should have clearly known Emergency
• Protocols in case of any natural calamity or Accidents Compile and report the Beneficiaries and Treatment record.
