Central Operations Associate (Instant Discharge Product)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as Operations

Associate.The role focuses on managing instant discharge product operations centrally.

Candidates must have a proven track record of strong operations handling,relationship

building,customer engagement strategies,customer outreach and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Handling: Run day to day operations, oversee patient funnel conversion

and ensure operational metrics are maintained within defined SLAs

• Hospital Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

hospitals,TPA desk and hospital management understanding their needs and

providing tailored solutions related to instant discharge products.

• Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to existing patients to brief about

products/services,timely collection of patient receivables and handle escalations.

• Data Analysis: Take data driven decisions, provide data visibility to all stakeholders

and highlight any gaps in process & product.

• Feedback Collection: Gather and report patient feedback to help improve our

products/services and customer satisfaction.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up in the

CRM system

• Finance Responsibilities:Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis,

ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies and manage Accounts

Payable/Receivable & invoicing.Role & responsibilities
