JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Make outbound calls to potential clients and present products and services offered by the organization.

2) Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients.

4) Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

5) Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

6) Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities.

7) Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

8) Stay informed about the products, industry trends, and competitors.

9) Provide clients with detailed information about products, including benefits and pricing.

10) Handle inbound inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
