Lead Graphics Designer

As a Lead Graphic Designer, your roles and responsibilities typically include:

1. Design Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the brand identity.
  
• Oversee all visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
  
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints.
  

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and junior creatives.
  
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to maintain high-quality output.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with business goals.
  

3. Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity, ensuring consistency across all media.
  
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments.
  
• Work on logo design, typography, color palettes, and brand assets.
  

4. Campaign & Content Creation

• Design engaging visuals for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  
• Create assets for fundraising campaigns, investor decks, and impact reports (specific to Impact Guru).
  
• Work on motion graphics, infographics, and UI/UX elements if needed.
  

5. Project Management & Coordination

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed.
  
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas.
  

6. Software & Tools Proficiency

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
  
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  
• Understanding of video editing, 3D design, or animation is a plus.
