About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to coordinate and support technical pre-sales activities for Impelsys products and services. This role is based offshore and will play a key role in driving proposal development and client engagement across international markets, including APAC, EMEA, and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical pre-sales activities for Impelsys products and services.
- Support the end-to-end proposal process, including responses to RFX/RFPs across APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
- Conduct in-depth secondary market research to create competitive and customized proposals/solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide post-submission support, including preparation of customer presentations, demos, and proposal defense.
- Interface directly with clients to understand their evolving business needs, regulatory environments, and key business drivers.
- Communicate effectively by articulating technical concepts in clear, concise, and business-friendly language-both written and verbal.
- Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation using MS Office tools.
- Lead and manage a team of 7-8 members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pre-sales support tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
