Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and customizing solutions within the Salesforce platform, leveraging both declarative and programmatic approaches. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our Salesforce environment to support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business needs.

- Write clean, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build and maintain Salesforce flows, process builders, and workflows.

- Support Salesforce system administration tasks including user setup, permissions, security settings, and data models.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Write and execute unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.

Requirements :

- Salesforce Certified : Platform Developer I required, Platform Developer II preferred.

- Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce development (Apex classes, triggersschedulable and batchable).

- Proficiency in Visualforce pages and controllers.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including LWC (Lightning Web Components).

- Knowledge of declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.

- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, SQL, and ETL processes.

- Frontend skills : JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with CI/CD in Salesforce environments.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps processes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
