Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ERP Implementation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 5 to 8 years of prior experience.

What you will be doing:

- Conducting assessments of current project capacities and timelines.

- Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects.

- Developing sound business practices and procedures for the project.

- Directing team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation.

- Overseeing the daily business operations.

- Providing project-related insight and advice to other team members.

- Liaising with management and stakeholders on project details and deadlines.

- Training and onboarding new team members as required at clients place

- Presenting feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects.

- Identifying, reporting, and resolving key project issues.

- Ensuring that all project and implementation-related documents are up to date.

- Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Use project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful implementation.

- Financial Management: Expertise in financial management processes within the real estate and construction industry, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
