- Were looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and successfully implement our products or services, this role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure a seamless and successful implementation process.
- 8 to 12 years of Experience In construction & Real Estate companies. Bachelors/master s degree in any business or technology-related field.
Prior Experience in international implementation. Who has Experience in Supply chain Management (SCM System) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Financial Accounting Expertise / who has worked on the Finance or Account Modules.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments of current project capacities and timelines
- Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects
- Developing sound business practices and procedures for the project
- Directing team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation
- Overseeing the daily business operations
- Providing project-related insight and advice to other team members
- Liaising with management and stakeholders on project details and deadlines
- Training and onboarding new team members as required
- Presenting feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving key project issues
- Ensuring that all project and implementation-related documents are up to date

- Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Use project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful implementation.
- Financial Management: Expertise in financial management processes within the real estate and construction industry, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
