Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by handlikng the entire sales lifecycle of our flagship product, AI-Portal. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods, followed by conducting product demo for the client, and sharing proposals & negotiating with the client to win the deal. Your KPIs will be number of meetings set, number of demos conducted, number of proposal sent, number of deals won.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients (marketing heads) through various channels, with a strong focus on cold calling.
Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls to target prospects, delivering compelling pitches about AI-Portal and its benefits.
Demo Scheduling: Secure meetings and schedule product demos to effectively communicate the value proposition of AI-Portal.
Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging online product demonstrations of AI-Portal, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients.
Proposal Creation & Delivery: Create and deliver customized proposals outlining the value and ROI of AI-Portal for each prospect.
Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate with prospects and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Objection Handling: Address prospect questions and concerns confidently, overcoming objections and building interest in our solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential clients, cultivating relationships to foster trust and long-term engagement.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospect information, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales , with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Sales Acumen: Possess strong sales instincts, including the ability to identify customer needs, qualify leads, and handle objections effectively.
Resilience and Persistence: Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate perseverance in the face of challenges and rejections.
Tech Savy: Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools, and online research platforms.
SaaS Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions is a plus.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve goals.
