ILO works with various domestic & international corporates, stakeholders and internal departments to support finance and accounts activities such as general accounting, which include reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Intercompany Accounting, Financial analysis and reporting. The role of a chartered accountant covers following aspects of finance & accounts work:
Co-Ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger specifically inter- company transaction, cash & bank, indirect and direct taxes, Trial balance, P&L, Balance sheet review and reconciliations during the Month end, Quarter end and Year end closes
Posting of journal entries and recording the transactions in the ERP
Income Tax, GST, Custom Compliances i.e. Advance Tax, TDS Return, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Annual Return, Income Tax return for Companies, LLP etc.
Transfer Pricing Analysis, documentation and all the compliances
Assistance in preparation and finalization of Financials Statements, Annual and monthly Tax filing, PF / ESI compliances, other Tax compliance etc.
Ensure assignments and projects are completed in the agreed timelines.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance & accounting domain
Completed articleship from a reputed CA firm with good exposure in accounting and tax
Strong understanding and experience of GAAP and IFRS
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) & accounting software (Tally)
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures, accounting & tax regulations
