Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Andheri
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager/Head of HR
Job Purpose:The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle in the
organisation. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within
the NBFC. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs
and ensuring that all recruitment efforts align with the companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to
onboarding.Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media,
professional networks, and employee referrals.Develop and maintain a network of potential
candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Conduct initial
screening interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.
Collaboration:Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and job
requirements.Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications.Provide
guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
Candidate Management:Maintain a candidate database and track the progress of candidates through
the recruitment pipeline.Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment
process.Provide an excellent candidate experience by managing expectations and delivering feedback
promptly.
Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top
talent.Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.Keep up-to-date
with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and
regulations.Manage all recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate records.Prepare
reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.
Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the
company.Coordinate with the HR team to ensure all onboarding documentation and procedures are
completed efficiently.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within the
financial services industry or an NBFC.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best
practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work
in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR
software.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Desired Skills:Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in sourcing talent.Familiarity with social
media recruitment strategies.High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience:6-11 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on financial services or a similar
industry.
