Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls with US-based  and international customers, ensuring a polite, clear, and effective communication process.
  • Support: Assist customers with product or service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome while maintaining the company's reputation.
  • Follow-up: Track and follow up on unresolved customer issues and ensure timely feedback.
  • Data Entry: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, complaints, and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Call Handling: Conduct cold calling, telemarketing, and sales follow-ups (if applicable), adhering to customer service and telecalling scripts.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with a clear US accent (essential).
  • Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage difficult conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or Call Center Agent) is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Work Hours: This position operates during standard U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST/PST). Flexibility in start and end times may be offered based on business needs.
