Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone banking, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-sell relevant products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and sales conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in inbound customer service or related field (phone banking).
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
- Strong understanding of cross sales principles and practices.
Work time
- Shifts (starting 06:30 AM), open to work in shifts / Rotational offs (for female shift window will be up to 08:30 PM).
Travel boundaries
- Churchgate to Virar and Versova to Ghatkopar (metro line)
Education
- Graduates (any stream) Mandatory (must 60% and above, Passing certificate).
Job Location
- Andheri MIDC/ Metro station : Chakala JB Nagar.
