Job Description
- Jama requirements management.
- Drive accuracy of RD strategic planning data by working with various project managers and resource managers.
- Own a portion of the RD pipeline balancing and roadmap optimization process.
- Act as the first level of support for the RD strategic planning system.
- Maintain up to date RD information on SharePoint and Confluence Wiki sites.
- Run periodic audits on data and enforce guidelines and standard.
- Interpret large data sets from multiple sources and analyze the results using statistical techniques.
- Filter and normalize multiple data sets using MS Excel.
- Identify, design, and implement value add reports and processes within RD.
- Support RD organization with ad-hoc and on demand analysis.
- Effectively communicate data-based insights to various levels of management throughout the organization.
- Run effective meetings with clear agendas and objectives.
- Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of system related projects. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Accounting, Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- A Masterdegree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in a planning role, delivering to plan, and solving bottlenecks.
- A general understanding of administering web-based applications.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and running meetings with effective presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
