Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Understand design requirements to close timing in digital flow, and develop solutions to achieve their goal.
- Provide technical leadership for flow and methodology topics in multi-site projects in timing area
- Steer cross-functional teams to meet Performance and schedule goals -manage stakeholders from BUs
- Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
- Keep management updated with high-level reports
- Manage day to day activities for timing sub flows, including design support
- Manage the timing team
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- You should have these additional qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field
- At least 10 years of experience in CAD or Timing verification of highly complex SoCs
- A good understanding in all aspects of RTL2GDS
- Proven technical leadership skills
- Hand-on experience and people management skills as well.
- Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl,Perl or Python
- Very good Communication and leadership skills, along with people management
