Senior Project Manager

• Lead the Automotive Microcontroller - Chip Integration Project
• Be responsible for the project planning and execution of AutomotiveMicrocontroller incl. Cost, Quality and Schedule
• Prepare detailed project phase planning from architecture descriptionto tape out
• Be responsible for coordination of technical leads and structuringthe project in work packages
• Act as the interface for communication between ATV MC and central RDfunctions regarding design system requirements
• Play an active role in the definition of the Technology forAutomotive Microcontroller taking business aspects into account
• Contribute to the positioning of our products in the market byoptimization of power, performance and chip area

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering orcomparable
• At least 7+ years total experience in silicon development with atleast 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Exceptional leadership and coordination skills to steercross-functional and cross organizational teams as we'll as externalpartners
• Knowledge in Automotive standards (eg ISO16949, ISO 26262, ISO21434) and Microcontroller is highly appreciated
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and willing todrive the team to deliver products to marketing needs in fast movingindustry
• Experience with numerous program management tools (eg, MicrosoftProject), methodologies and best practices
• Technical Background in System-on-Chip Design is a plus
• A Project Management Certification PMP or PMI
• Excellent communication skills, German as a plus
