Senior Project Manager

• As a Senior Project Manager for Programmable System on Chip (PSoC) Microcontrollers, you will coordinate the project team -Concept, Design, Marketing, Product, Test Engineering, and Quality Management in compliance with the defined development process and in conformance with Automotive Functional Safety Standards.
• Manage mid-size product development projects / sub projects with strong connection to Frontend technologies and Backend processes.
• Be fully responsible for all operational decisions concerning a given project for the successful achievements of the defined milestones.
• Coordinate and synchronize activities with Product and Technical Marketing, Software, Technology, Product, Test and Reliability Engineering teams
• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle as main contact person for all questions regarding the project (status, forecast, quality and product delivery)
• Conduct forward-looking risk management in close cooperation with your stakeholders, where you identify possible mitigation measures and containment action scenarios.
• Regularly report to Business Line management and take care of the top-level project documentation process

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or similar field.
• A good understanding of semiconductor technologies and products.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Working experience in the semiconductor or related technology industries, preferably dealing with multi- site\/multicultural teams.
• Knowledge in project life-cycle and related project management processes and methodologies (ie planning\/schedule management, risk management, tracking, reporting, and focused-issue cross functional team management)
• Knowledge on ISO26262 (Automotive Functional Safety) standard is a plus
• Fluent English skills
