Job Description:

Infinity Learn is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Hindi voice process at the Hyderabad office. The ideal candidates should be fluent in Hindi and capable of handling student/parent queries over the phone, resolving issues, and ensuring ticket closures within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers
• Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Create, manage, and close support tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution
• Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout the customer interaction
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken) proficiency in English is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a voice-based customer support role preferred
• Freshers with good Hindi communication are also welcome
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
