Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telesales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies for inside sales growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Monitor team performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize sales processes and improve results.
- Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in direct sales or telesales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful team handling and leadership.
- Strong understanding of inside sales principles, including lead generation, conversion techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
