Job Objective: The objective of this role is to understand clients hiring requirements and deliver end to end recruitment for them. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling the potential candidates for further discussion to close the requirement of all the clients placed.

Profile: Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment, providing relevant solutions
• Source suitable candidates using databases, social media and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client and maintaining a candidate database
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Experience between 3-9 years & Base location Noida.
• Involved into Client Handling and External Hiring
• Experience into Manufacturing/EPC/Engineering is must.
• Experience of hiring for middle level to senior level positions
• Stakeholder Management. Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well versed with the Naukri portal for recruitment activities

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to hiring for Manufacturing/ FMCF/ Power plant will be preferred

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

Days of working : 5 days (9:30 - 6:30)
