Position: Inside Sales Specialist / Relationship Manager

• Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
• Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
• Experience Required: 1.5 - 3 Years
• Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Compensation: Up to INR 6 LPA (excluding incentives)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in B2B or SaaS sales?

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue through strategic client engagement and deal conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Sales Cycle Management

• Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial lead contact to closing the deal.
• Effectively manage and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates

Product Demonstrations and Presentations

• Conduct persuasive and informative product demos that highlight key benefits and features.
• Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.

Revenue Generation

• Drive revenue growth by targeting both domestic and international markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT software sales.
• Domain Expertise: Background in SaaS, marketing, or high-end sales (such as luxury sales).
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to conduct compelling demos and close deals effectively.
• Preferred Traits: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Please Note: This role is not suitable for candidates with more than a 6-month career break or with experience limited to B2C sales.
