Conversiondemos demoshe Relationship Manager- Inside Sales
Role- Relationship Manager is a inside sales person who is responsible for generating revenue by converting leads / referrals into sales. He would be responsible for giving SAAS product demos to the leads assigned/refferals generated. He would also be responsible for generating & aligning demos from multiple sources of leads including cold lead (Linkedin, Zoom Info, Organic traffic, Google & Email campaigns) , negotiate, do necessary follow ups and closing the sale.
Responsibility Deliverable
1. To generate revenue by converting Demo into Sale
2. To generate revenue through referrals generated
3. Manage rescheduling & any changes in the relate to demo schedule
4. To generate demos through cold calling
5. To generate client interest for the Demos
Task & Activities Part - 1- Demo to Sale
Part - 2 - Cold/Warm Lead (B2B CXO) to Demo
1. To generate client interest for the Demo Do Cold calling to CXO's & Top Decision Makers of Corporates on sources Linkedin, Zoom Info, Hoovers Take complete clarity of the client needs, problems & desires Communicate the product to right contact person Deliver the pitch which inspires the client and creates interest Create/Update a short summary note of each communication for the Demo Doer Team Collect feedback after Demo Doer team has given the demo
2. To ensure the key decision makers are enrolled to see the demo. Do company study and identify the DMU's Enroll all stakeholders in the Demo
3. To schedule & align the demo to Demo Doer team Schedule the demo on the scheduling application Upload all details in scheduling app or (CRM) Manage rescheduling & any changes in the relate to demo schedule
Daily MIS & Reporting; Update all call numbers, connected calls, Demo Done,
Demo aligned in Daily MIS Sheet
Track Call to Demo Ratio
Track Lead to Demo & Demo to Sale conversion
Revenue (Sales done) and ticket size .
Measurement Metrics
1. Number of demo done per day
2. Number of demo aligned per day
3. Lead to Demo Ratio
4. Demo to Sale Ratio
5. Lead to Sale conversion ratio
6. No of email and calls / WA - Lead to demo
