Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Participate in any network related major incident triage call together with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors/service providers.
- Participate in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supp major events.
- Responsible for all the aspects of network BAU service delivery includes but not limits to maintenance of network device/service availability, configuration, incident & problem management, Technology Refresh, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Expertise in the following technologies:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco ISE
- Cisco SDWAN
- PaloAlto Firewall
- Zscaler
- Certified in CCNP, CCNA
