Job Title : Business Development Manager - Software Development Outsourcing

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in the software development outsourcing industry.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in prospect identification, lead generation, and relationship management with mid-level and top-level contacts within large software development companies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential business opportunities in the software development outsourcing sector.
- Generate leads through networking and other channels.
- Engage with the technical team for understanding project requirements.
- Nurture leads, convert them into business deals, and close the transaction.
- Convert successful deals into Purchase Orders (POs).
- Represent the company in various industry events, technical seminars, and conferences.
Pre-Requisites :
- Must have strong contacts within large software development companies.
- Proven track record of working with mid-to-senior-level contacts in software development outsourcing projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in Bangalore for at least 3 years.
- Strong go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Open to learning, traveling, and engaging in public speaking at events.
- Presentable, extroverted, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Local candidates with a strong understanding of the Bangalore IT ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
