Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our growing team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process automation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality automation solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and/or Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop Flows).
- Implement ReFramework in UiPath for reusable and scalable automation processes.
- Build end-to-end automation solutions, including data scraping, API integrations, and interactions with different systems and platforms.
- Develop and integrate Custom Activities in UiPath for enhanced functionality and support for complex automation scenarios.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Design detailed RPA solution architecture and provide input on process improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution design, workflow diagrams, and deployment instructions.
- Apply enterprise-grade RPA design principles, ensuring that automations are robust, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for RPA governance, performance, and security.
- Integrate RPA workflows with backend systems (e.g., ERP systems, databases) to support complex business processes.
- Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and IT teams to deliver automation solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements across various business functions.
- Continuously learn and keep up to date with RPA trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your technical skills.
- Contribute to building a culture of innovation by suggesting automation ideas to improve business processes.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework) or Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows).
- Experience in developing RPA workflows, troubleshooting issues, and managing Orchestrator deployments.
- Proficiency in creating and managing queues, variables, and dictionaries in UiPath or Power Automate.
- Experience in building Custom Activities in UiPath for specific business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL for integrating RPA with databases and applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (preferably Python) for automating various tasks, data manipulation, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of RPA design principles, including the ability to analyze, identify, and optimize business processes for automation.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions for enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA, UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful RPA solutions within an enterprise environment.
Bonus Skills :
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Ability to automate processes involving integration with ERP or ITSM systems.
- Familiarity with C#, Java, or Core Java for building custom automation components and solutions.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployment.
