Summary:
- The Head of Learning & Development will be responsible for designing & implementing the L&D strategy to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- The role will involve identifying training needs, creating training programs & ensuring capability building for all businesses within the organization. The role will require to work closely with business leaders & department heads to deliver impactful & scalable learning solutions.
Skills Required:
- 10 + yrs of Experience with in L&D with 2-3 Experience in leadership role
- Qualification: Master's degree in HR, OD, Psychology, Business Management or similar
- Candidate should have experience in developing and delivering learning strategies at a scale. Should have done multiple interventions to address a learning need and measure the impact it had on
business/performance
- Candidate should have strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and e-learning & LMS platforms

Job Description
- Candidate should have excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Candidate should have a data-driven mindset. Should be able to analyze & interpret training data to measure success.
- Candidate with experience in building a L&D strategy from scratch is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Training program effectiveness measurement like Training Satisfaction Score, NPS, Training Evaluation
ROI
- Emphasis Learning Adoption through Active Learning hours, Attendance Rate, Course completion rate etc.
- Skill Development & Application through Improvement in skill proficiency, post training assessment scores and improvement plan.
- Targeted leadership development programs, Identify High Potential & Pipeline readiness.
- Training alignment as per business goals & performance improvement as per needs identified
- Employee Development plan, Career landscaping and Succession plan
- Digital Learning Metrics through LMS etc.
