PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. HNI Customer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to meet the unique needs of HNI customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell life insurance products and other financial services.
- Engage with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve cross-sell targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
3. Corporate Worksite Activity:
- Facilitate corporate worksite activities to generate footfall and new customer leads.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate corporate employees about insurance products and benefits.
- Convert corporate worksite leads into new customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of Bajaj Life Insurance products.
4. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
5. Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

This was a fantastic Organization way back in 2015 till the owners decided to break it up for their egos. Some really good people have worked and made this firm what it is. Location is really good.
They dream of being in the big league but behave like a shop or gala. Too much favouring of people who do nothing but look good and praise the bosses. Very unprofessional atmosphere and unhygienic office which doesn't even have a modern washroom. HR is for namesake. They need to stop hiring people based on degrees & qualifications and discourage performers who do not have those.
