Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for managing on going Villa project at Alibaug.
- Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates.
- Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.
- Identification of needs arising during the project executions escalation of issues for timely actions.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve productivity at site.
- Preparation of work procedures, site execution plans, job distributions, monitoring quality and safety, ensuring compliance to drawings.
- Study of drawing in advance for smooth execution, ensuring availability of all required resources for the same and integrating this into execution plan in time.
- Raising any special requirement and getting the same incorporated well in time for smooth execution.
- Co-ordinate with vendor partners for man, materials, and machine to meet the construction schedule project timeline.
- Ensure implementation of work SOPs, Quality, Safety rules standards at site.
- Manage contract workers deployment at site and ensure safe work procedure.
- Documentation of job, drawings, prepare progress reports and MIS.
- Managing contract resources and internal team for daily site progress.
- Candidate with construction management / project execution experience for Villas or similar structure will be preferred
- Candidate from Alibag or near by localities will be preferred
- Candidate with 8-10 years of similar experience
- Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and finishing in villa and hospitality projects and be able to coordinate with project teams of different disciplines to achieve the best result.
