InstaaCoders - Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js (6-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET-based full stack applications.

- Optimize database performance through activities such as indexing, statistics management, and query tuning.

- Develop and enhance stored procedures, triggers, views, and complex SQL queries.

- Perform performance tuning and database optimization for both SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments.

- Work on provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of databases in stand-alone, on-premise, and cloud environments including Azure SQL and Cloud SQL.

- Collaborate closely with the application development team to improve backend performance and database integration.

- Act as a technical liaison with clients and stakeholders, addressing and resolving database-related performance challenges and operational issues.

- Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in both software and database development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack .NET development with strong backend/database expertise.

- Proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization, including query tuning, indexing,

execution plans, and database profiling.

- Experience with stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and backend integration.

- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Cloud SQL, and on-premise databases.

- Familiarity with working in environments that require close coordination with application

developers.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and handle

stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting project deadlines and quality

benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for database deployment.

- Exposure to performance monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
