Pega Lead Decisioning Architect

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Lead Decision Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning solutions for our clients
• In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, develop decisioning strategies, and design and configure decisioning components within the Pega platform
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing decisioning solutions using Pega, and be able to lead and mentor a team of decisioning developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex decisioning solutions using Pega Decisioning and other Pega tools.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop decisioning strategies to support their goals.
• Collaborate with other members of the project team to design and configure decisioning components within the Pega platform.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to decisioning developers, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the highest quality solutions are delivered.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure that decisioning solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay current with the latest developments and trends in Pega decisioning and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.    
• 8+ years of experience in designing and developing decisioning solutions using Pega.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning tools such as Pega Decision Management, Pega Marketing, and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Experience with Pega version 7.x and above.
• Strong understanding of decisioning concepts such as decision trees, decision tables, and decision strategies.
• Experience leading a team of decisioning developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Pega CSSA or LSA certification is preferred.
