Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service CRM.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating it with other applications using web services (REST API), and working with Microsoft Power Platform products such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Skills and Expertise :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service CRM)

- Strong proficiency in C#/ .NET

- Solid understanding of SQL Server DB

- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML design

- Familiarity with ASP.NET, Windows Communication, and Workflow Foundation

- Experience with Power Automate and other Power Platform products

Required Experience :

- 8+ years as a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant working on Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Customer Service CRM

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 medium to large-scale implementations (200+ users)

- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, developing custom assemblies, and integration code

- Proficiency in .NET Framework and C# development

- Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and SOA

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and deployment processes

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Global Solution/Product Owner for MS Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing)

- Understand business requirements and create functional and technical designs

- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including online solutions and components

- Customize and develop Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, charts, dashboards, and workflows

- Implement field-level security, relationships, cascading rules, and hierarchical data configurations

- Develop business rules, workflows, dialogs, and custom actions to enhance CRM processes

- Manage system security, including creating users, teams, business units, and implementing role-based access controls

- Design and implement CRM integration strategies with external systems using REST API and web services

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields

- MS Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210)

- MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB-230)

- MS Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
