Global FP&A Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Compilation, analysis, and reporting of global MIS, financial results, monitoring performance against global and regional targets.
• Oversee the review and analysis of forward-looking plans and forecasts from all entities, comparing them with actual results and historical trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of historical financial trends, including profitability by entity and product range, expenses, and production costs. Identify deviations, seek explanations from entities, and report any irregularities to Global Management.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance methodologies and processes for compiling global costs and allocate costs to specific entities.
• Create, implement, and analyse various management reports for the senior global management team.
• Maintain all relevant information for Key Products including Financial and Technical information of Launched and Not-launched products.
• Support revenue and margin analysis, including breakdowns by product range.
• Assist with analysis of product costing, manufacturing site costs, and related processes.
• Contribute to analysis of supply chain management (SCM) costs and inventory.
• Provide analysis of Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) and Research & Development (R&D) costs.
• Collaborate with the Group Accounting team on month-end financial reporting analysis.
• Support the Senior FP&A Manager in preparing and analysing periodic financial reports and presentation materials for shareholders and board meetings, identifying areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in global finance system projects and initiatives.
• On an ad-hoc basis, assist the global leadership team in decision-making by researching and compiling key information from internal and external sources, such as market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks, for activities like M&A, shareholder requests, and legal cases.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Manager/AGM, Global FP&A.

Qualification Requirements:

• MBA or MBA with CA or CA with relevant experience in FP&A.
• At least 5+ years FP&A experience from Pharma or FMCG industries.
• Excellent MS excel, MS PPT and Excel or PowerBI Dashboard creation skills.
• Excellent communication skills. This job requires ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate with various global team members.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP systems.
• Good sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous.
• Fluency in English language is mandatory
