About the Role:
As a Project Associate, you will collaborate with enterprises to refine IT-related content, implement client-specific solutions, and enhance assessment quality. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stay up to date on emerging technologies, and drive process improvements. Your role will be essential in implementing
tailored client solutions, leveraging your expertise in high-demand technologies. Additionally, you will apply project management methodologies to ensure efficiency and continuously expand your knowledge of emerging trends.

Responsibilities
Client Requirement Analysis
Connect with leading multinational enterprises to understand their needs and gather detailed
requirements for assessments and to understand end-to-end project requirements.
Technical Content Enhancement
Review, refine, and enhance existing IT-related content available in iMocha in collaboration with SMEs to improve quality and accuracy.
Identify and resolve logical inconsistencies to ensure content clarity, precision, and correctness.
Work on implementation, skill mapping, content creation, assessment creation, validation and timely delivery for better customer satisfaction.
Solution Implementation
Translate client requirements into actionable solutions, aligning them with iMochas current offerings.
Project Management
Apply project management methodologies to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects.
SME Collaboration and Guidance
Provide guidance to SMEs in content development, offering feedback on clarity, objectivity, and best
practices.
Work with SMEs to address user and algorithmic feedback, continuously improving customer satisfaction.
Connect with cross functional teams and work for project success.
Technology Expertise
Stay informed about high-demand technologies, including but not limited to Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Cybersecurity, Mobile Application Development, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Continuous Learning
Maintain a proactive approach and a growth mindset, continuously learning about new and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Process Improvement
Contribute to the enhancement of test development tools and processes to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.

Who You Are :
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience
0-2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience in assessment consulting is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Expertise in market research.
Experience in a quality-focused role is preferred.
Knowledge of project management is a plus.
