Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled B2B Software Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on delivering tailored customer demos and driving proof-of-value engagements for our AI Governance and Privacy Compliance platform. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand client needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure technical alignment during the sales process.

This role requires an overlap with the U.S. working hours until 12 AM IST (12:30 PM MDT).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live product demonstrations showcasing the value of our AI governance and privacy compliance platform to potential enterprise clients.

- Develop and deliver customized proof-of-value solutions to demonstrate the platforms capabilities in real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client pain points and match platform features to their specific needs.

- Serve as the technical point of contact for prospective customers, answering questions and addressing technical concerns.

- Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and potential product enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the AI or data privacy space.

- Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and privacy compliance regulations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred:

- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions related to AI or compliance.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, or AI-specific laws.
