Job Description:
Sales Leader - Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Leader from Building Material / Sanitary markets with 15+ years of work ex based at Hyderabad to head the business operations of Indias largest windows and doors brand across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive revenue growth, lead a dynamic sales & service team, and strengthen the market presence across the zone.
- Proven track record in retail & project sales.
- Lead and manage sales & service operations across AP & Telangana.
- Own the P&L for the region (~100 - 150 Cr)
- Strengthen channel partner relationships and service delivery standards.
- Work closely with the Cluster Head to execute regional strategies.
- Fluent in Telugu (mandatory)
- Strong leadership & team development capabilities.
- MBA (Full-time) from a reputed university
- Excellent communication skills and market insight.
- Stable and growth-driven career trajectory.
