Role & responsibilities
- Candidate Should have good communication skills
- Candidate Should have knowledge of site compliance
- Candidate Should have Experience in Site recruitment ( Operator, Helper, Fitter, etc...)
- Candidate Should have knowledge of leave management,
- Candidate Should have knowledge Site handling activities ( monthly Attendance, Site Grievance, Monthly compliance )
- Candidate Should ready to Travel
- Should have knowledge of Payroll processing
- Candidate Should have Experience in technical recruitment of Engineers
- Candidate Should have experience in administration activities for Site & office
- Screening of candidates joining formalities, induction, Salary account opening
- Candidate should be mature to handle team as employee engagement & Employee relationship
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate having good experience in HR Generalist activities for site Management & Office management will be preferred,
Candidate willing to travel will be preferred
