Role & responsibilities

• Candidate Should have good communication skills
• Candidate Should have knowledge of site compliance
• Candidate Should have Experience in Site recruitment ( Operator, Helper, Fitter, etc...)
• Candidate Should have knowledge of leave management,
• Candidate Should have knowledge Site handling activities ( monthly Attendance, Site Grievance, Monthly compliance )
• Candidate Should ready to Travel
• Should have knowledge of Payroll processing
• Candidate Should have Experience in technical recruitment of Engineers
• Candidate Should have experience in administration activities for Site & office
• Screening of candidates joining formalities, induction, Salary account opening
• Candidate should be mature to handle team as employee engagement & Employee relationship

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having good experience in HR Generalist activities for site Management & Office management will be preferred,

Candidate willing to travel will be preferred
