Role & responsibilities

•  EHS Legal Compliance.

•  Fire and Safety, ISO (14001 & 45001) standard.

• Guide, Line management for the Implementation of DuPont safety

• Guidelines Including Job safety analysis, work permit system, hot work, confined space entry, Lockout tag out, nitrogen safety, work at height, electrical safety.

• Chemical hazard determination and communication, PPEs, Laboratory safety, safety behaviour observations, Road safety.

• Conduct Hazardous Area Classification Study.

• operation and maintenance of ETP/STP, filter press., aeration-based          system etc.

• Work on Environment & social governance, Hazardous waste
management, disposal and co processing. Prepare & maintain water balance.

• Guide ETP chemist to conduct various laboratory test like COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, MLSS, MLVSS, DO etc. Maintain F/M Ratio, CNP Ratio for aeration system tor effective working of ETP/STP.

• Handling and storage of Sludge and coordination with pre-processing disposal sites its proper disposal and use.

• Timely conduct ambient, stack air monitoring water testing by NABL approved third party

• Ensure proper disposal and disposal of biomedical waste to CBMWTF
